COME ATTEND THE INVITE-ONLY 3 DAY MINI LACROSSE
CAMP @ HOLY CROSS
When: August 2nd, 3rd,
4th, 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Where: Holy Cross Academy, 5035 Route 130 South, Delran NJ 0807
Open to: 8th to 12th graders (This coming school year)
Cost: $10 a session (In case you
cannot make all 3 days)

camp! Play lax in a verity of fun game
formats. Camp instruction by Holy Cross
HS coaches and alumni.
Skills & thrills that will be
focused on:
- Trash Can / Golf / Frisbee Lax / Short field format and
more
- Stick Skills
- Shooting
- Dodging
- Defensive position
- Face-off play
- 4v4 Offense and Defense
- Individual Goalie Training
