MINI CAMP @ HOLY CROSS

When: August 4th, 5th, 6^th, 5:30 to 7:00
Where: Holy Cross Academy, 5035 Route 130 South Delran, NJ 0807

Open to: *High School & 7^th, 8th graders
Cost: $10 a session (In case you cannot make all 3 days)

This camp is a great opportunity to work on some specific skills, and your lacrosse IQ.  Then be ready to apply those skills in a game play format during the second ½ of the camp.  Camp instruction by Holy Cross HS coaches and alumni.

Skills that will be focused on:

•     Stick Skills
•     Shooting
•     Dodging
•     Defensive position
•     Transition offense and defense
•     Face-Off play
•     6v6 Offense and Defense
•     Individual Goalie Training

*You must have an active membership with US Lacrosse.
