Cross the Betsy Ross Bridge and take I-95 south approx. 4 miles to I-676 West (Vine Street Expressway). Follow I-676 West approx. 2 miles to I-76 East. Follow I-76 East to first exit, Exit 346-A (old exit number 40), for South Street (this is a left lane exit). At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto South Street to get to Franklin Field. Making a right onto 33rd St. puts you where the admission gates are.
NOTE - The Penn Relays can be a zoo. Allow plenty of time for parking. You can be in your car next to Franklin Field, and it can still take 1 hour or more to get a parking spot - no kidding. Be prepared to walk. There are some parking garages on Chestnut St., but they can fill up fast. Fridays are no better than Saturday. Parking can be $10 to $20. Admission into the stadium for adults is $12 weekdays, $17 weekends.
