Registration Date: Please register by March 10th
by filling out the form below.
Deposit: A $100 deposit is due upon completion of the
registration form. The club will send an electronic invoice
to the parents email address. The deposit can not be refunded
2nd Payment: Due April 10th
Final Payment: April 30 th (Final amount TBD)
Payment Process: After the online registration is completed,
you will receive an email containing information on making
your payment online. Any question about registration, please

Option & Cost:
1. You can sign up for just the SJLL games and practices.
(6 to 8 games & 6 to 8 practices) (COST $195)
2. Sign up for 1 of the 2 tournament (4 to 6 practices and
1 tournaments) (COST $115)
3. Sign up for the 2 tournaments (4 to 6 practices and 2
tournaments) (COST $230)
4. Sign up for both tournaments and SJLL (COST $410)
.Question: Why is the registration and payment required
so long before summer?
Answer: The Tournaments we participate in sell out quickly.
Registration for these tournaments is a first come first serve.
We need to be able to make deposits to participate in these
tournaments.

OUR ABILITY TO REGISTER FOR TOURNAMENTS, ORDER UNIFORMS, SECURE
FACILITIES, INSURANCE, COACHES, ETC. IS DETERMINED BY OUR
ACTUAL REGISTRATION NUMBERS.***
